Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current CFY status Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric caseloads Ability to develop and implement IEPs, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs Provide targeted therapy, both individually and in small groups, tailored to each students IEP goals Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success in academic and social settings Engage in professional development to keep current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology This contract position offers a dynamic setting where youll make a real difference every day.
