Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Indianapolis, IN area, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This opportunity includes both full-time and part-time options, with the part-time role requiring approximately 2.5 days per week. The position offers the chance to work within a dynamic educational environment that supports student development through individualized speech and language services.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language intervention plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans Stay current with best practices and relevant therapies in speech-language pathology Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with a diverse student population in a school setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and prioritize tasks Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) This role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students' educational success by addressing their communication needs in a supportive school environment.
