Job Description

Job Overview Anderson Therapy Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and feeding disorders. Your expertise will help clients communicate to their fullest communicative potential through personalized therapy plans. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations for pediatric clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and family priorities. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with a variety of communication disorders. Monitor client progress and modify treatment goals and strategies as needed. Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and plan-of-care updates. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's carryover and success. Maintain compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations. Maintain professional licensure and complete continuing education requirements. Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and clinic development initiatives. Qualifications Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP applicants) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - (SLP applicants) Prior experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred Ability to pass a background check New graduates and clinical fellows encouraged to apply! $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
