Step into a dynamic school-based role focused on making a difference in students lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY). For the full academic year from August 24, 2026, through May 21, 2027, youll work full-time (37.5 hours a week) supporting elementary students (K-5) across two school buildings. This contract role offers a meaningful opportunity to foster communication skills in children and collaborate with professionals in a supportive environment.

What Youll Do:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 6080 elementary students Fulfill all school-based SLP responsibilities, including IEP creation, therapy documentation, and progress reporting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to promote student growth and success Participate in paid administrative time and team meetings as part of your regular schedule Provide support as an itinerant therapist, with paid driving time while traveling between assigned buildings

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Indiana state SLP license (or eligibility) Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school populations, including teletherapy options Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with available and adaptable supervision tailored to your needs Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting before starting This position welcomes travel SLPs and those interested in advancing their career within a school setting.
