Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible Indiana state SLP licensure SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply Prior experience (practicum or direct) with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred Strong knowledge of IEP process and school-based therapy documentation Excellent communicative, collaborative, and organizational skills Commitment to on-site presence and active engagement within the school community

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to advocate for student needs Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning climate for students of all abilities in a K-12 setting
