What We're Looking For:

SLP candidates with active state licensure and CCCs strongly preferred. Open to SLPA applicants if supervision arrangements can be secured. Previous experience in school environments is highly valued. Ability to manage a caseload of 41 students, including service provision to 1-2 students at an alternative ed center. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, fostering communication development. Assess, evaluate, and document student progress and needs. Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Participate in school meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
