Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for a caseload of approximately 5070 students. Collaborate with fellow SLP staff to ensure high-quality, individualized services. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with district and legal requirements. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing recommendations and updates on student progress. Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, families, and staff to support student success.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Indiana state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required. Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued. Strong assessment, organizational, and documentation skills.
