Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure (or eligibility for Indiana licensure) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but will consider Clinical Fellows Previous experience in educational settings desired, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy for students with diverse communication needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within school settings Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
