Multiple positions are available, allowing you to select a caseload based on your unique experience and preferences. Desired Skills and Experience:
Active or eligible state licensure as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Background in pediatric speech-language therapy, with strong clinical competence Experience in school or healthcare environments is highly valued Teletherapy experience a plus Ability to collaborate with other professionals and communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Adaptability to meet diverse student needs and adjust service delivery models as needed
What You'll Do:
Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in a school population Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Provide direct and consultative therapy through in-person and/or teletherapy platforms Work closely with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure integrated support for students Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences Support students from various backgrounds and grade levels, with flexibility to match your caseload to your strengths and interests Ready to bring your passion for helping children succeed into a supportive educational community?
