Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellowship candidates considered Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but recent graduates encouraged to apply Proficiency in evaluating and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to individual IEPs Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Deliver evidence-based interventions in both one-on-one and group settings
