This full-time contract opportunity allows you to see the tangible results of your expertise as you address diverse speech and language needs across a caseload of 65 to 80 students. Your expertise will help shape stronger academic and social outcomes, collaborating closely with school teams and families to ensure every childs voice is heardand understood.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school settings Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students, adapting methods to meet diverse needs from Pre-K through high school Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to develop tailored intervention plans Maintain thorough documentation, prepare reports, and monitor student progress Consult and communicate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom Participate in IEP meetings, contributing goals and detailed progress reports as an active team member Stay current with best practices and legal requirements within school-based SLP work Enjoy the rewarding experience of helping children find their voice and thrive in their educational journey.
