This engaging role offers the chance to support elementary-aged students, helping them reach their communication goals while collaborating with educational teams. Begin your assignment on August 3rd, 2026, with the contract extending through May 24, 2027. This flexible position is structured for 18-21 hours per week, across 3-5 days, and will have you working with a caseload of approximately 30-50 students. The majority of the students are in grades 2-3, but there may be opportunities to interact with a broader age range. Services will be provided across 2-3 school sites.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license for school practice Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience (clinical or professional) working with pediatric or school-aged populations Understanding of IEP development and compliance Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students per their IEPs Conduct evaluations and reevaluations to determine eligibility and monitor progress Serve as Teacher of Record or Teacher of Service for students on your caseload Participate in and lead IEP meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary team decisions Travel between assigned school sites as needed Flexible scheduling across part-time hours makes it possible to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in students educational journeys.
