As a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a contracted caseload of 68, you'll play a vital role in helping young learners build confidence and communication skills at an elementary campus near Peru, IN. The majority of students present with mild to moderate needs, allowing you to focus on impactful interventions and meaningful growth. With 37.5 hours scheduled each week (7:30 am-3:00 pm), you'll enjoy a structured day and access to your own designated speech area. Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility upon start) Experience supporting K-4 populations preferred Strong skills in case management and teacher records (managing 27 students specifically in this capacity) Collaborative mindset and commitment to student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:
