Desired Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a closely related field Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with students, families, and team members Adaptable, organized, and committed to culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support each student's educational goals Offer direct intervention, consultation, and resources to promote effective communication in the academic setting Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to meetings as needed You'll thrive in an environment that values both compassionate care and professional collaboration.
