9606970-47460 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. This role begins August 3rd, 2026, and continues through May 24th, 2027. With a manageable caseload of 3050 students across 23 sites, the weekly commitment is flexible18 to 21 hours distributed over 3 to 5 days per weekproviding an excellent work-life balance.
Qualifications/Experience:
Current Indiana licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings. Experience delivering speech-language services in schools or with pediatric populations. Strong understanding of IEP processes, IDEA, and education-related speech therapy best practices. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. Ability to serve as Teacher of Record/Service for students on the caseload. Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to varied student needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy in alignment with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Evaluate and reevaluate students to determine eligibility and needs for services. Act as the Teacher of Record/Service (TOR/TOS) for assigned students, ensuring compliance and quality documentation. Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings as necessary, working collaboratively with families and educational teams. Contribute to a positive, supportive learning atmosphere and advocate for student success.
