Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement engaging, individualized treatment plans Prior experience working with children or in a school-based setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member Deliver evidence-based therapy to students in individual and group settings Document student progress and maintain accurate records Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff Support and educate families on student progress and strategies for continued growth This role offers flexibility and a welcoming atmosphere where your professional skills make a meaningful difference in young lives.
