Step into an engaging school-based contract role supporting student growth and communication development in a thriving educational community near Valparaiso, IN. Two experienced Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide comprehensive services to elementary-aged students for the 2026/2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and make a meaningful impact in young learners' lives. Preferred applicants will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a passion for working in school settings, and a commitment to fostering student success. Professionals with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are strongly desired for this role. (Please note: SLPA credentials are not being considered at this time.)

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desired Familiarity with IEP processes, assessment tools, and progress monitoring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with a variety of speech and language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students' educational progress Create and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Implement evidence-based interventions within the classroom and small group settings Participate in ongoing professional development as desired or required Envision your impact as you empower students to reach their full potential.
