PRN or Part-Time Location:
Versailles, IN (Opportunities for additional hours in Osgood & Lawrenceburg) •

Up to $62/hr DOE• Silver Memories Health Care is seeking a dedicated PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services in Versailles, IN. This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver speech-language pathology services in line with clinical standards and facility care protocols Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to inform treatment planning Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies to support daily functioning and continued progress Document services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
