Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist), SLP-CCC, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred Open to School Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant school or healthcare background Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Passion for supporting diverse learners in an educational setting

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and assessments to elementary students, managing a dynamic and varied caseload Develop and implement IEPs geared toward communication and language goals Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff members Support classroom inclusion and offer individualized as well as group interventions Maintain timely, accurate reports, documentation, and progress updates Participate in school meetings, team evaluations, and parent conferences as necessary
