Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, aligning with IEP goals and educational objectives Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district standards Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student progress This is a rewarding contract position that allows you to concentrate your expertise into a focused timeframe while impacting student success.
