Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program) Active SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered Previous school-based SLP experience is an advantage Excellent communication and documentation skills Flexibility to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group settings Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports Attend IEP meetings and contribute to case conferences as needed Educate and consult with teachers and families on communication strategies and supports Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students Embrace the opportunity to make a real difference, working just three days per week while contributing to students academic and personal success.
