Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide onsite services in a school setting located in Eudora, KS. This role offers the chance to support early elementary students, primarily focusing on 1st and 2nd grades.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades 1 and 2, addressing their individual communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification with CCC accreditation. Experience working with early elementary school children preferred. Ability to provide onsite services in Eudora, KS. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and collaborate with staff.
Schedule and Contract Details:
Contract position from ASAP through the End of School Year (EOSY). Onsite presence required. Work schedule set for 3 days per week. This position is ideal for a licensed SLP seeking part-time contract work with the opportunity to impact young students' speech and language development directly.
