Immediate Opening - Outpatient Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Geary Rehab Pediatric Services is seeking an outgoing, experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fast-paced, community-based outpatient clinic in Junction City, KS. Our therapist-owned practice is committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation services and creating a supportive, collaborative environment for our clinicians. We pride ourselves on working with skilled therapists who are passionate about patient care and teamwork. Our pediatric caseload includes a wide spectrum of developmental diagnoses, providing variety and opportunities for individualized, creative treatment as well as opportunities to practice in home health and acute inpatient settings. This position is part of a multidisciplinary pediatric team including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy, allowing collaboration across disciplines for comprehensive care and strong carryover between therapies. Our pediatric clinic includes private treatment rooms, a sensory room, a kitchenette, and a large therapy gym, offering multiple options for creative and effective treatment interventions. This is a full-time position, but part-time applicants will also be considered. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric caseload with a wide spectrum of developmental diagnoses Develop individualized treatment plans and provide creative, functional interventions Maintain patient schedules and timely documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; CFYs welcome to apply Kansas state license or license-eligible Current CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Mentorship & professional development assistance Flexible schedule Pathway to ownership for high-performing clinicians Support for specialty program development and service expansion aligned with clinician's skills and interests Bi-Annual tiered bonus plan
