Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Kansas City area for the school year! Kansas City Kansas Public Schools is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. We have multiple full-time openings serving students across K-12.
  • This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPs and new graduates or Clinical Fellows looking to gain valuable school-based experience.
Contract Dates:
Full School year
Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Grade Levels:
Ranging from elementary through high school (K-12)
Caseload:
Various levels of needs
Responsibilities :
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
  • Contribute to student IEPs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
Requirements :
  • Must be eligible for Kansas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
  • SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
