The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized therapy within an ABA-based setting. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children, values collaboration, and wants the flexibility to build a caseload that works for them. You'll work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team in an established clinical environment with a consistent pediatric population and plenty of opportunity to grow. One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is caseload availability. There is a strong patient population already in place, allowing clinicians to maintain a desired caseload size without having to build a caseload from scratch. What You'll Do Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3-6 Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30-60 minutes Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals Complete documentation using OpenEMR Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours Schedule & Flexibility Clinicians have flexibility in determining the number of sessions they see each day, allowing you to build a caseload that aligns with your professional and income goals. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist. SLPA also welcome.
