About the Role On Track Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to children and families in Mission, KS. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities designed to give clinicians autonomy, supportive collaboration, and scheduling flexibility!

What You'll Do Direct Care:

Deliver evidence-based, one-on-one speech, language, and communication therapy tailored to individual pediatric needs.

Evaluations & Care Plans:

Administer comprehensive clinical assessments, establish actionable goals, and map out continuous treatment strategies.

Family Engagement:

Partner closely with parents and caregivers to ensure functional home integration and milestone success.

Progress Tracking:

Maintain clear clinical documentation to track developmental advancements and guide ongoing care. Who We Are Looking For Masters or Doctorate Qualification for Speech-Language Pathology Active Kansas state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain).
