Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity to support students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 academic year in a school-based setting. This full-time contract position allows you to provide vital speech and language services, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a meaningful impact on learners' communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and creating individualized education plans (IEPs) Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from diverse backgrounds Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative therapy services individually and in small group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and communication logs in accordance with school and state regulations Foster a positive and language-rich environment that encourages student growth and engagement This opportunity is ideal for a passionate SLP who thrives in a collaborative educational environment and is eager to foster academic and personal growth in students.
