What You Bring:
Active licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kansas Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working within school environments highly desired Strong collaboration and communication abilities Dedication to evidence-based therapy and student-centered service delivery
Your Impact:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students of various ages Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings to address speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language needs Collaborate with educators, counselors, administrators, and families to support the success of each student Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements Participate actively in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams Offer insights and support for staff development and parent communication regarding speech and language development Enjoy the
