Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our therapy team at Lexington Park Health & Rehab. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with our patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices in speech pathology
Requirements:
