YOUR ROLE AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Speech Language Pathologist's scope of practice.

Including:

• Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.
• Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding, and social communication.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful, functional outcomes
• Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!

Requirements:

WHO YOU ARE

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.

Preferred:

Certification of Clinical Competence obtained from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) OR eligible to begin clinical fellowship year. Clinical Fellows welcome to apply! Paid CF supervision at no cost to you! Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky. CPR & First Aid certification. Pass background check. Valid driver's license Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid. A track record (or dream) of turning challenges into victories.
