e2036-40475 Job Description Make a meaningful impact on students lives by supporting communication and language development across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels. This full-time contract opportunity for the 20262027 school year will immerse you in a collaborative school environment near Richmond, KY, providing speech therapy services to K12 students with a broad spectrum of needs. Both local and travel professionals are welcome to apply, with flexibility in caseload assignments according to your experience and preferencewhether you prefer working with students with moderate or more profound needs. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, or eligibility for, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Pediatric experience in a school-based setting preferred Confidence in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders across K12 populations Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable serving a diverse caseload, from early childhood to adolescence
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress Document services, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt materials and strategies to meet a variety of student needs
