Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working in school settings strongly desired Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for helping students succeed and grow
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings Use evidence-based practices and stay updated on latest developments in the field
