Come grow with us—and help our kids find their voice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in children to identify areas of need. Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address individual communication goals. Provide direct speech therapy services to clients. Monitor and document progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with parents and other professional staff. Educate families on strategies to reinforce communication skills at home. Experience Background in pediatrics preferred but not required
