A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced SLP to take on a Full time role with one of our area clients. You'll work with pediatric through early adult patients to improve communication and swallowing and support behavioral goals, making a real difference in their daily lives. Apply now and we'll connect you with a recruiter who can walk you through the next steps. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Kentucky SLP license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working with pediatric populations and ability to treat early adults. Experience working in outpatient or clinic settings preferred. Comfort working with clients covered by Medicaid; clinic payer mix includes approximately 50% Medicaid. Experience with 1:1 therapy sessions Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including ABA and mental health clinicians. Benefits Health insurance with plan options. Dental coverage. Location Highlights The position is based in Vine Grove, KY, with additional clinic locations in Leitchfield, Owensboro and Mt. Washington. The region offers access to outdoor recreation, local parks and family-friendly attractions. Owensboro provides riverfront dining, cultural events and regional festivals. Leitchfield is near Rough River Lake and state park areas for boating and hiking. Mt. Washington offers a small-town atmosphere with local shops and community events. Travel between nearby towns is feasible for clinicians seeking varied caseloads and community engagement. Caseload and Practice Setting Outpatient clinic focused on pediatric therapy and behavioral health services, supported by ABA and mental health clinicians. Primary delivery is 1:1 therapy. Some group therapy occurs at clinic locations. Clinicians should be comfortable treating children with varied behaviors and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to accomplish patient goals.
