Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred Comfort and adaptability working with a broad range of student abilities Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Familiarity with IEP process and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress Provide guidance and resources to educators and caregivers
