Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school setting Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of speech and language disorders Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify student speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students Document progress and prepare reports for parents, school teams, and other stakeholders Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language strategies Work closely with teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments
