Qualifications and Experience:

Current SLP-CCC required Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting, preferably with middle school students Strong ability to organize and manage a full-time caseload across multiple sites Proficient in collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress Effective communication, documentation, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse middle school caseload of about 50 students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) to target speech, language, and communication goals Provide therapy sessions and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support academic and social-emotional growth Travel between two school sites as needed, integrating seamlessly into both communities Maintain accurate and thorough student records and participate actively in IEP meetings Working in this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with a dynamic group of students and collaborate closely with school teams.
