Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid state SLP license (or the ability to obtain before start) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct students' speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required
