This is a full-time, onsite position supporting children in grades 24. Qualifications and Experience:
Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC-SLP required) Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially in grades 24, preferred Familiarity with IEP process, assessments, and the implementation of school-based therapy goals Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals within the school setting Provide direct speech-language services, both one-on-one and in small groups, tailored to grade 24 learners Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and address goals outlined in students IEPs Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to maximize the effectiveness of interventions Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and contribute to ongoing student support plans
