9690587-70764 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a welcoming educational setting. As a valued member of the student services team, you will provide essential therapy and guidance to help learners develop communication skills that contribute to their academic and social success. This is a full-time, contract assignment beginning as soon as possible and extending through the end of the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Active SLP-CCC certification required Previous experience working in a school-based setting Ability to manage a caseload involving middle school students Comfortable working across two school sites Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to approximately 50 middle school students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Traveling between two school sites as needed to provide direct services Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation and reporting requirements Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication strategies Enjoy working with a lively middle school population and the opportunity to make a measurable difference in students' educational journeys.
