This full-time contract position for the 20262027 school year is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about serving pediatric populations across a broad spectrum of abilities and developmental stages. Desired Skills and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Louisiana ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric populations, early childhood, or elementary-aged students Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to students in grades K12 Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress reports Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and feedback Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
