Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Louisiana Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Track progress and maintain accurate session records Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed
