Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract assignment supporting the communication development of K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborating with educators and families to help students thrive academically and socially.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Hold or be eligible for Massachusetts SLP licensure Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students in a school-based setting Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and administrators Engage with families and caregivers, providing progress updates and home strategies Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines Advocate for students by participating in IEP meetings and supporting classroom integration Enjoy the flexibility to tailor your schedule with full and part-time openings available.
