9608262-01002 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity to support student growth and communication in a dynamic K-12 educational setting. This contract position thrives on collaboration, clinical expertise, and innovationoffering services on-site or via teletherapy depending on district needs. The role is designed for speech-language pathologists who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. Required Qualifications and Skills Valid SLP Massachusetts license (SLP MA) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Position Details Contract runs from September 2026 through June 2027 Engage with a diverse caseload of K-12 students Full-time schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapy, developing IEPs, maintaining compliance documentation, and collaborating with educators and families Empower students through evidence-based practices and innovative technology Pay and Benefits Competitive pay between $50 and $55 per hour Enjoy weekly pay for consistent financial stability Extensive benefit package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Matching 401k to help plan for your future Flexible spending account to support your health and wellness needs Bring your expertise and compassion to a forward-thinking school community, working alongside fellow professionals dedicated to student success.
