As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a key role in fostering communication skills and enhancing learning for students across diverse grade levels. Whether you bring the expertise of a CCC credential or are a CFY ready to launch your career, your passion and commitment will make a real impact. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current MA state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed Experience or interest in working within school settings Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration abilities when working with students, families, and educators Key responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with regulations Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support students' learning outcomes Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere Engage in regular professional development to stay current with best practices This school-based contract lets you embrace your professional growth while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
