Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to attain prior to start) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments, interpret results, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop goals and treatment plans Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of services and student progress Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom and school activities Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student outcomes Adapt therapy approaches as needed, ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners Take advantage of this special opportunity to support students and staff while further developing your professional experience.
