Position Summary ENT Specialists, Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an interest or experience in the evaluation and management of voice and swallowing disorders. This position is responsible for performing Videostroboscopy and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) procedures, conducting comprehensive voice and swallowing evaluations, providing evidence-based therapy, collaborating closely with otolaryngologists, and delivering exceptional patient care in a busy specialty practice. Essential Job Responsibilities Voice & Swallowing Diagnostic Services Perform comprehensive voice and swallowing evaluations. Perform Videostroboscopy examinations accurately and efficiently to evaluate vocal fold structure and function. Perform Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) procedures to assess swallowing physiology and develop treatment recommendations. Educate patients regarding examination procedures and findings. Collaborate with otolaryngologists to review examination findings and formulate treatment plans. Recognize urgent clinical findings and communicate them promptly to the treating physician. Documentation Complete accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW). Generate preliminary videostroboscopy and FEES reports for physicians to review. Finalize reports following physician consultation. Upload finalized reports into the patient's electronic medical record. Forward reports to referring providers and primary care physicians as appropriate. Document all patient communications and telephone encounters accurately. Clinical Operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of procedure rooms and equipment. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs. Collect productivity and quality metrics as requested. Assist with workflow to promote efficient patient care. Professional Responsibilities Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Maintain all required licensure and complete continuing education requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience with videostroboscopy, FEES, voice disorders, and dysphagia evaluation and treatment is preferred; training may be available for a motivated candidate with a strong interest in these specialty areas. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred). Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods. Ability to assist patients safely during clinical procedures. Ability to operate endoscopic imaging equipment and standard office technology. Performance Expectations Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care. Perform videostroboscopy and FEES procedures accurately and efficiently. Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff. Contribute to a positive patient experience and an efficient clinical workflow
