Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary and preschool students near Cambridge, MA. Provide compassionate, individualized care to a diverse group of children with communication needsall while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative environment of an onsite school setting. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, youll have the chance to make a significant impact, focusing on early intervention and supporting students speech and language development in both elementary and preschool settings. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with pediatric populations or school-based settings preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload of elementary and preschool-aged students Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered; enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with speech and language needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to support students academic and social success Document progress, maintain student records, and prepare required reports Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines Engage in ongoing professional development and access support from a dedicated Clinical Advisory Team This position offers a competitive weekly pay structure, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.
