Job Summary Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of speech-language pathologists or speech therapists, ensuring the provision of high-quality services, maintaining standards and compliance, fostering professional development, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions- Directly supervise a team of speech-language pathologists or speech therapists.
- Assign caseloads, provide clinical supervision, and monitor the progress of therapy sessions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and address concerns or challenges.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that therapy services comply with professional standards, ethics, and regulations.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of services. Qualifications Education Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Speech-language Pathologist [State License]

- American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred Experience Clinical experience as a speech-language pathologist. 5-7 years required and Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role 2-3 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and scheduling.
