Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity serving students in Massachusetts as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This role offers the flexibility to work full or part-time with a focus on supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school-based environment. You'll play a key part in helping children and adolescents develop essential communication skills, making a lasting impact on their educational journey.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid Massachusetts SLP license (required) Prior experience or strong interest in working within school settings Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Strong organizational and communication skills Dedication to fostering student growth across diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and state guidelines Consult and collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based initiatives as needed Support students both individually and in small group settings to maximize learning outcomes This opportunity provides the satisfaction of meaningful work in an encouraging and rewarding educational environment.
